The development was created through New York City affordable housing programs designed to provide stable, long-term housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income households, including supportive housing for vulnerable New Yorkers. Applications are now available through the NYC Housing Connect lottery system, with units offered to eligible households based on income and family size.

HELP Hinsdale C LLC – Building C is offering 30 affordable apartments through the NYC Housing Connect lottery program at 314 Hinsdale Street in Brooklyn. The new six-story development includes two- and three-bedroom apartments for households earning between 40% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Monthly rents range from $1,178 to $2,189 depending on apartment size and income category.
