Fusion East Caribbean & Soul Restaurant in East New York, Brooklyn has revealed the upcoming lineup for the next four performances in its ongoing live music series. The restaurant continues its commitment to bringing professional live bands to East Brooklyn, with R&B, jazz, funk, reggae, and Latin jazz performances scheduled through early summer. Details about the upcoming shows were shared through an official announcement.
Located at 1179 Elton Street, Fusion East has become known for pairing Caribbean and soul cuisine with live entertainment, offering residents a place to enjoy full-band performances without leaving the neighborhood.
Next Four Shows Announced for Fusion East Music Series
Organizers have confirmed the artists scheduled to perform in the next four installments of the restaurant’s live music program. The performances feature musicians who are well known throughout New York City’s live band circuit.
While the first event in this group of shows takes place Tuesday, March 17, future performances will return to the series’ regular schedule on the first Tuesday of each month from April through June 2026.
Music begins at 7:00 PM, and the restaurant offers happy hour specials from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Organizers say the events are open to the public and there is no cover charge.
Upcoming Live R&B and Jazz Performances
Each show will highlight a different band performing a blend of R&B, jazz, soul, funk, reggae, and Caribbean-influenced music.
The next four scheduled performances include:
March 17 — The Harmony Bartz Experience Band
April 7 — The Reggie Woods Band
May 5 — Ronnie Roc’s Afrazz Trio and Friends
June 2 — Out of the Blue

Fusion East remains one of the few venues in the East Brooklyn area that combines a full restaurant and bar with regularly scheduled live bands. Opportunities to experience professional musicians in an intimate restaurant setting are limited in neighborhoods such as East New York, Brownsville, and Canarsie, making the series a unique option for local nightlife.
The restaurant sits near the Gateway area of East New York, a rapidly growing residential section of Brooklyn, making it easily accessible to residents across surrounding communities and parts of Queens.
Building Community Through Live Music
The music series is supported by Brooklyn Buzz and EatandDrink.NYC, two media platforms that highlight restaurants, nightlife, and community events throughout Brooklyn.
Cal Jones, Managing Partner of JIG Media, which oversees operations for both platforms, said the performances reflect strong connections with musicians throughout the city.
“New York City has an incredible pool of musicians, but many neighborhoods don’t have places where full bands can regularly perform,” said Jones. “Fusion East is filling that gap in East Brooklyn. Because of the relationships we’ve built with artists across the city, we’re able to bring in bands that audiences already know and love while introducing new talent to the community.”
Jones said the goal is to provide the kind of live music experience often found in Manhattan or downtown Brooklyn.
“These are real bands with real followings across the city,” Jones added. “People can come out, enjoy great Caribbean and soul food, have drinks at the bar, and experience the kind of live music energy that usually requires traveling to Manhattan or downtown Brooklyn.”
Organizers say the series continues to grow in popularity as more residents discover the opportunity to enjoy live music, food, and community in East New York.
