Income requirements range from $68,572 to $90,720 for one person and up to $103,680 for two people.
The asset limit is $129,600.
One-Bedroom Apartments
Available to households of one to three people.
Income must range from $71,726 to $90,720 for one person, up to $116,640 for three people.
Two-Bedroom Apartments
Available to households of two to five people.
Income requirements range from $82,938 to $103,680 for two people, up to $140,000 for households of five.

Pet-Friendly With No Extra Fees
The building is pet-friendly, allowing one pet per household with a 30-pound weight limit. No pet deposit is required.
