New York Attorney General Letitia James is featured in the Health + Wellness section of NYC Newswire after joining a coalition of 14 attorneys general in a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s latest effort to cut federal funding for school-based mental health services.<\/p>\n

The lawsuit argues the U.S. Department of Education is attempting to bypass a previous court ruling by using a different legal approach to terminate grants that help schools hire counselors, psychologists, and social workers.
