City and state officials, NYCEDC<\/a>, and CUNY have reported advances on the Science Park and Research Campus (SPARC) Kips Bay, a proposed life sciences, career, and education center in Manhattan. The timeline is clarifying: the existing campus is set for deconstruction in February 2026, and SPARC construction should launch in 2027.<\/p>\n
