The move represents the first time the health plan has established community offices in that borough.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to expand access to our services in the Bronx,\u201d said Seth Diamond, Chief Operating Officer of MetroPlus Health Plan. \u201cWhile we already count many Bronx residents among our members, bringing health care directly to where New Yorkers live and work is a core part of our mission. Opening up these three community-based offices provides MetroPlus with a great opportunity to further serve the Bronx.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>MetroPlus community offices aim to serve both current members of MetroPlus and others who may be considering joining the plan. At these offices, members and potential members get questions answered about benefits and services. Staff can also facilitate health plan enrollment\u2014or annual renewals for current MetroPlus members.
