Every year an estimated 66,000 people in New York are diagnosed with diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>Diabetics have worse outcomes if they contract COVID-19, making it more important than ever to try to live a healthy lifestyle in terms of watching what you eat.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a video that we thought would be a help to New Yorkers who have diabetes. The video introduces 13 foods that diabetics should be eating.
