Applications are now available for 53 brand new affordable apartments at the new Euclid Glenmore Apartments located at 437 Euclid Ave, in East New York.<\/p>\n

There is a preference for residents of Brooklyn Community Board 5, Tenant pays electric & electric Stove. Apply online or through mail.<\/p>\n

To request a paper application by mail<\/strong>, send a self-addressed envelope to: Euclid Glenmore Apartments C\/O CGMR Compliance Partners, PO BOX 440, WADING RIVER, NY 11792.<\/strong> Only send one application per development. Do not submit duplicate applications. Link to apply online is below. Either apply online OR apply via mail, but DO NOT apply online and via mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applicants who submit more than one application may be disqualified.<\/strong> There is a Senior Preference for the 7 40% AMI One Bedroom units. A Senior is defined as households with at least 1 household member who is 62 years of age or older at the time of the application who meet the income and household size requirements listed in the table below may apply. Qualified applicants will be required to meet additional selection criteria. Applicants who live in New York City receive a general preference for apartments.<\/p>\n

Affordable Housing Program<\/strong><\/div>\n

This building is being constructed through the Supportive Housing Loan Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Supportive housing is permanent, affordable housing with on-site support services to serve the needs of the most vulnerable New Yorkers, including formerly homeless and disabled. Sixty percent of units in supportive housing are set aside for low income or formerly homeless individuals or families with special needs, who are referred by city agencies. The remaining 40% of units in the building are made available to the public through lottery. The units listed in this notice are only those made available to the general public.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
