The site is on Pitkin Ave. between Logan Street and Fountain Avenue. Non profit organization, Housing Works is listed as the owner who submitted the application for the permits.<\/p>\n

The current 2-story building will be replaced by an 8 story building, which will most likely include apartments and a store front.<\/p>\n
