East New York District Leader, Nikki Lucas<\/strong>, will be giving out free bookbags to the first 300 students at the HeatlhyNYC Expo<\/strong><\/a>, at the Brooklyn Sports Club,<\/strong> Saturday September 8, 2018 (10am-3pm). <\/strong>The Brooklyn Sports Club is located at 1540 Van Siclen Ave. at Spring Creek Towers (Starrett City).<\/p>\n

The event is free, and the bookbag giveaway is another feature added to the HealthyNYC Expo (Brooklyn Edition). There will also be live jazz, a drumline performance, PATHS Dance performance, cooking demonstrations, full body workout by Alwayz Fit 4 Lyfe, Senior Pavilion section, blood pressure screening, Bike New York, youth basketball clinic by GameOver, and more.<\/p>\n
