This year\u2019s results reveal that Brooklyn dominates the list of top hottest neighborhoods once again, with 5 out of the 10 markets being located in the borough. Last year, East New York was named 2017\u2019s hottest neighborhood, which at the time might have been surprising, but this year\u2019s results reassert that this Brooklyn neighborhood will stay at the top for real estate investments. In 2017, the median sale price of a home here reached $419,000, up 24% compared to 2016.
