Check out the recipe below and make sure to pick up a ham at HoneyBaked today!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fancy Mac &amp; Cheese<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>In a large pot of salted water cook according to directions:<br \/>\n1 pound large elbow macaroni<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Drain, return to pot and add to coat:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 tablespoons butter<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Meanwhile, in a heavy large skillet melt and saut\u00e9 until limp (about 4 minutes):<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 tablespoons butter<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 large onion, chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Add and saut\u00e9 an additional 5 minutes:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3\/4 cup chopped frozen mustard greens<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Add and continue to cook for about 4 minutes:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 10-ounce package frozen corn and red pepper mix, thawed<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>When veggies are cooked add to large skillet:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 cup diced HoneyBaked Ham<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 cup whipping cream<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 tsp. dried mustard<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Salt and freshly ground pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bring to a boil then add and stir to melt:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 1\/2 cups grated sharp white Cheddar cheese (about 9 ounces)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour entire mixture over buttered noodles and mix well.
