According to YIMBY<\/a>, an anonymous Rosyln, N.Y.-based LLC has filed applications for two four-story, 60-key hotels at 268-272 Williams Avenue, on the western end of East New York. The buildings will measure 25,399 square feet each. Across both, hotel rooms should average 250 square feet apiece and will\u00a0be located across the cellar through fourth floors. Manish Savani\u2019s Jamaica-based firm is the architect of record. <\/span><\/p>\n

The question the East New York community has to ask is, how will these hotels impact the neighborhood? What kind of hotels will be built?\u00a0 Are they no-name motels, similar to the horrible Galaxy Motel on Pennsylvania Ave?<\/p>\n
