Eliezer Grunberger of EZ Builders Corp. is listed as the owner on the newly submitted applications.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"961\"><strong data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"961\">29 New Residences Planned, Plus Commercial Space<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1177\">According to the filing, the development will rise 50 feet and span 19,970 square feet.
