Proof of membership is required during weigh-ins, and all registrations must be completed online\u2014no walk-ups or mail-in registrations will be accepted. Modified <b>IJF rules<\/b> will govern the competition, with specific guidelines for each division to ensure fair and safe play.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Competitors must be properly equipped: all <b>Junior and Novice<\/b> participants need a well-fitted <b>white Judo Gi<\/b> with both <b>white and blue belts<\/b>.
