A new treat is on its way to Myrtle Avenue.
Ben & Jerry’s is getting ready to open a Clinton Hill outpost at 431 Myrtle Ave., where a ‘Coming Soon’ notice has already been posted in the window. There’s also a page active on Yelp referencing the same address and confirming it as a Ben & Jerry’s location for Clinton Hill—another clue that the shop will open soon.
Additionally, Ben & Jerry’s official website lists a ‘Brooklyn, Myrtle Ave Ice Cream Shop, Coming Soon,’ which aligns with what residents have observed in the neighborhood.
Situated Near a Recently Departed Local Favorite
The shop will open just a few doors from where Connecticut Muffin recently closed after more than two decades, highlighting changes along Myrtle Avenue, a popular spot for quick stops and neighborly gatherings.
For the Clinton Hill community, the new Ben & Jerry’s could easily become part of the local routine, from after-school snacks for kids to late-night ice cream runs for everyone. Meanwhile, Myrtle Avenue is seeing new faces join the neighborhood as old favorites depart.
