Riding the wave is Park Slope&#8217;s newest large rental development, 278 Sixth, located at 278 6th Street in the heart of the Slope.<\/p>\n<p>The facility has two commercial spaces and 63 luxury rental units with state of the art amenities including a full service gym, onsite parking, balconies with views, in-unit washer-dryer combinations and stainless steel appliances. The apartments start at $2,800 for a one bedroom, and $3,700 for a two bedroom. Showings begin on Monday, September 29<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Urban Realty NYC, one of Park Slope&#8217;s high volume brokers with over 400 apartment exclusives has teamed up with digital marketing firm Jones Innovative Group to bring 278\u00a0Sixth to\u00a0market. According to Urban Realty\u2019s CEO Joe Cruz \u201c83% of Park Slope residents work white collar jobs bringing in well above $120,000.
