Brooklyn renters and homeowners will have a chance to connect with housing agencies, community organizations, and support services at the SD25 Renters & Homeowners Resource Fair on Saturday, April 4, at Restoration Plaza, at 1368 Fulton St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant.<\/strong> The event will focus on issues affecting residents across Central Brooklyn and beyond, including deed theft prevention, tenant protections, NYCHA and PACT updates, and homeownership opportunities.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is an important event for our community because so many renters and homeowners are dealing with real housing challenges and need access to reliable information and support,\u201d said Assemblywoman Stefani Zinerman<\/strong>, according to an official announcement distributed via NYC Newswire<\/span><\/span><\/a>. \u201cI encourage residents to come out, learn about the resources that are available, and take this opportunity to speak up about the issues they are facing. I will be there to support this initiative and to hear directly from members of the community.\u201d<\/p>\n

The SD25 Renters & Homeowners Resource Fair is scheduled for Saturday, April 4, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at\u00a0<\/span>Restoration Plaza<\/span>. The event will bring together housing experts, public agencies, and community-based organizations offering guidance and resources for renters and homeowners across Central Brooklyn.<\/span><\/p>\n
