Main features announced include a public school, community center, cultural center, retail, and mixed-income housing.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Project Developers<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This undertaking is jointly led by the New York City Educational Construction Fund (ECF), Alloy Development, and GFB Development.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rezoning and Approvals<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The development also encompasses a rezoning proposal spanning 240 Nassau Street and nearby 46 Navy Street, the home of P.S. 287.
