From Civil Court to Supreme Court<\/span><\/h2>\n

Judge Gotlieb was elected to the Civil Court in 2022. In that time, he has earned praise for his calm approach and practical courtroom style, showing notable respect for all participants.<\/span><\/p>\n

During his tenure, Judge Gotlieb has overseen jury trials and dealt with intricate civil cases. He promotes judicial improvements by representing Kings County on the citywide Civil Court Case Streamlining Committee and co-chairs the Civil Kings Trial Committee, focusing on enhancing the court\u2019s accessibility and effectiveness.<\/span><\/p>\n
