Kota’s company, FLTBYS<\/strong><\/a> (Flight Boys), and Dinner Service NY<\/strong><\/a>, filmed a portion of the PROTEA short-documentary at Choice Market<\/strong><\/a> restaurant in Clinton Hill. Portions of the video were filmed at Ft. Greene Park and at the FLTBYS studio in DUMBO.<\/p>\n

Kota stated<\/strong>, “Choice Market is one of my favorite spots to eat when I’m back in Clinton Hill. When Dinner Service asked if there was a restaurant that I would like to include in the short documentary I immediately thought of Choice Market. The owners and staff are all cool people, and everything on their menu is on point.”<\/p>\n
