Fusion East is an upscale full-service Caribbean & Soul Food restaurant that also provides catering and food truck services, located in the Gateway\/Spring Creek section of East New York.<\/p>\n

The owner of Fusion East, Andrew Walcott, stated<\/strong>, “it’s an honor to be selected as one of the exclusive restaurant vendors for the Prospect Park Picnic House.
