A partially bus-based M train and the looming L train closure apparently haven\u2019t trickled down to the Chicago-based company\u2019s water-cooler talk.<\/p>\n<p>Budget and entertainment ranked high, but anyone who\u2019s ever tried to stretch a dollar and have fun over the weekend anywhere in NYC might disagree. Weather had a lower rating, 65, but with winter approaching, perhaps they\u2019re thinking ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Oddly enough, \u201clifestyle\u201d was the lowest score: bikeability, pet friendliness and outdoor activities weren\u2019t up to snuff for whoever the judges of this contest were.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, with rents rising across the city and major&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2017\/11\/06\/hipsters-are-driving-low-income-hispanics-out-of-brooklyn\/?utm_campaign=SocialFlow&amp;utm_source=NYPTwitter&amp;utm_medium=SocialFlow&amp;sr_share=twitter\">demographic shifts in Bushwick and beyond<\/a>, local residents probably would rather avoid the label of \u201chottest nabe\u201d\u2014and the graffiti tours and third-wave coffee it seems to bring.
