Fancy Mac & Cheese<\/strong>
\nIn a large pot of salted water cook according to directions:
\n1 pound large elbow macaroni<\/em><\/p>\n

Drain, return to pot and add to coat:<\/em>
\n2 tablespoons butter<\/em><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, in a heavy large skillet melt and saut\u00e9 until limp (about 4 minutes):<\/em>
\n3 tablespoons butter<\/em>
\n1 large onion, chopped<\/em><\/p>\n

Add and saut\u00e9 an additional 5 minutes:<\/em>
\n3\/4 cup chopped frozen mustard greens<\/em><\/p>\n

Add and continue to cook for about 4 minutes:<\/em>
\n1 10-ounce package frozen corn and red pepper mix, thawed<\/em><\/p>\n

When veggies are cooked add to large skillet:<\/em>
\n1 cup diced HoneyBaked Ham<\/em>
\n1 cup whipping cream<\/em>
\n1\/2 tsp. dried mustard<\/em>
\n1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce<\/em>
\nSalt and freshly ground pepper<\/em><\/p>\n

Bring to a boil then add and stir to melt:<\/em>
\n2 1\/2 cups grated sharp white Cheddar cheese (about 9 ounces)<\/em><\/p>\n

Pour entire mixture over buttered noodles and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl.<\/em>
\n(Keep warm in a 275\u00ba oven if necessary).<\/em><\/p>\n

Garnish with:<\/em>
\nChopped fresh parsley.<\/em><\/p>\n

Serves 6<\/em><\/p>\n
