The priciest townhouse ever sold in Brooklyn was a $15.5 million Cobble Hill property that traded earlier this summer.<\/p>\n<p>The second priciest deal is also a Park Slope townhouse \u2013 a three-story, 4,540-square-foot property at 918 President Street that went for nearly $5 million.<\/p>\n<p>Two more of Alloy Development\u2019s five-building Dumbo Townhouses development have sold and made the list (rendering on the right). The townhouses at 175 and 169 Water Street came in at No. 3 and 5, respectively, with sales of $4.8 million and $4.2 million.
